Kallam: On the occasion of the 135th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, a cricket competition was organized by Kallam Sports Academy at B.R. Ambedkar Path from April 20 to 22, 2026. In this DSCC Lagori cricket tournament, DCC Club, Latur team emerged as the winner, while Kallam Sports Academy secured the runner-up position.
Teams from Latur, Barshi, Ausa, Beed, and Kallam participated in the tournament. The winning team received a cash prize of Rs.21,351 along with a trophy, while the runner-up team received Rs.11,351 and a trophy. The third-place team was awarded Rs.5,351 and a trophy.
Outstanding players were also honored with individual awards such as best batsman, best bowler, and man of the match.
